About LAP Decoration

 

At LAP Decoration we have a highly skilled in-house team who are able to provide the high level of workmanship your London property requires. Each year we complete hundreds of decorating jobs, we are happy to undertake any size works, from a day decorating an individual room upto a twelve week communal parts overhaul project.

Price point

We are a mid price point company, by having an in-house team we are able to avoid the costly sub-contractor market whilst also maintaining a high level of quality control. The majority of our works are for repeat customers and, this website aside, our only advertising is word of mouth.

 

It is our preference to provide a detailed quotation for every job so clients are comfortable with the specification, schedule, and pricing before a brush is lifted.

Clean, tidy, and on time!

We understand that it doesn't matter how perfect the paint finish is if the work isn't completed in a timely, tidy manner. 

​

A lot of our redecoration works are completed whilst a property is void between tenancies or whilst an owner is away to minimise disruption - we are therefore used to working to fixed deadlines and the sometimes late nights this can entail! 

 

Part and parcel of decorating works are the completion of full, and often messy, preparation works including filling and sanding. Our team are firm believers that whilst it is the brushes and rollers that complete the work to the high standard, the most important tool in any of our vehicles is the vacuum!

To show our commitment to our trade we are fully vetted and proud members of the Painting & Decorating Association. This guarantees not only the quality of workmanship but also provides peace of mind that all our insurances are up to date.

We can also proudly display our Safe Contractor logo. This ensures an external audit has found our working practices to be in line with the latest legislation as well as demonstrating excellent standards in health and safety. Method statement and risk assessments can be completed for any job as required.
