Site visit
We look at the condition of the surfaces, measure up, and talk through colours, finishes and any access or timing constraints. This is the moment to mention the damp patch behind the wardrobe.
Written quotation
You receive a detailed quotation setting out what will be prepared and painted, the products and number of coats, the programme and the price. Materials are included: we do not expect clients to supply anything.
Booking in
Once you are happy we agree a start date. For external works this includes arranging scaffolding and any licences it needs.
Preparation
Furniture moved and covered, floors protected, then the unglamorous work that decides the final result: filling, sanding, sealing stains and priming bare surfaces.
Painting
A minimum of two finishing coats, with woodwork undercoated first. We tidy and vacuum at the end of every day, not just the last one.
Walk round
When we think we are finished, we walk the job with you. Anything you are not happy with is put right before we leave.
Clean, tidy, and on time!
We understand that it doesn't matter how perfect the paint finish is if the work isn't completed in a timely, tidy manner. The most important tool in any of our vehicles is the vacuum!
